Position Overview:

We're hiring a Weekend Prep Cook who will also train 1-2 days during the week alongside our weekday prep cook. This position is ideal for someone looking to join a supportive kitchen team and grow their skills in a hands-on environment. Morning availability is required. No prior kitchen experience is needed — we'll provide full training to the right individual.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Prepare pizza ingredients and toppings
- Maintain a clean and organized prep station
- Complete daily and weekly prep tasks efficiently
- Follow all food safety and handling standards
- Assist with cooking, cleaning, and dishwashing as needed
- Help put away and organize stock deliveries
- Occasionally assist customers with orders or questions





Requirements and Qualifications:

- Morning availability is required
- Able to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
- Physically able to stand, move, bend, and lift 25+ pounds
- Weekend availability is essential
- Willing to train during weekday morning shifts
- Bonus: Ability to occasionally cover weekday shifts
