Build Python and C# software in Kinaxis’s hybrid Ottawa office while developing AI/ML solutions with senior engineers and contemporary cloud technologies.
This full-time, eight- or twelve-month internship starts January 2027. You will contribute to a full-stack AI/ML platform serving supply chain applications, including forecasting, optimization, replenishment, recommendation, and explainability. The work spans production software, machine learning pipelines, infrastructure, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and integrate software solutions for real-world AI/ML applications
- Enhance platform scalability, maintainability, security, and quality
- Build ML tools, infrastructure, pipelines, and models
- Troubleshoot systems and improve user-facing reliability
- Automate development and release processes
Requirements:
- Pursuing a master’s or completed third-year bachelor’s degree
- Programming proficiency in Python and C#
- Familiarity with Generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure or GCP
- Proficiency in SQL and distributed computing architectures
