Careers Leader Qualification or willingness to study at QCF Level six or sevenExperience supporting students across the full eleven to eighteen rangeSecure knowledge of Gatsby Benchmarks and statutory careers guidanceExperience organising careers programmes, analysis, monitoring, and evaluationExperience guiding students and developing external networksBring careers leadership, informed guidance, and partnership-building expertise to Stamford School’s Futures programme for students aged 11 to 18.
