Lead corporate real estate strategy and land acquisition for the City of Maple Ridge through a temporary full time municipal leadership assignment.The Senior Manager oversees real estate, land acquisition, and land management functions supporting strategic objectives and long-term municipal planning. This senior role maintains a 15–20-year outlook, builds property portfolios for civic projects, and advises on capital planning. It also guides acquisition, disposition, leasing, conveyancing, rights-of-way, easements, and encroachments across departments.Key Responsibilities:

(B.C.) designationKnowledge of legislation, appraisal, valuation, and acquisition processesValid British Columbia driver’s licenceBring strategic land management, negotiation, and real estate expertise to Maple Ridge’s long-term municipal planning and civic priorities.
