Lead mobile maintenance running repairs at Elkview Operations on EVR’s four-day, four-night 4x4 schedule in British Columbia’s Elk Valley.Reporting to the Superintendent, Maintenance, this Supervisor directs mobile maintenance activities across trades, scheduling, staffing, and continuous improvement. The position supports mine equipment availability and reliability while maintaining company standards. Success requires leadership, communication, interpersonal, analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Key Responsibilities:
Direct quality maintenance and repair of mine equipmentTroubleshoot failures, determine root causes,



and initiate remedial actionManage daily and weekly schedules using Short Interval ControlsEnsure Preventative Maintenance compliance and accurate repair historiesCollaborate regularly with Central Asset HealthRequirements:
Journey person’s ticket and related degree or technical diplomaSupervisory experience considered an assetExperience in materials acquisition, planning, and scheduling considered an assetExcellent Microsoft Office Suite computer skillsValid Class 5 Driver’s License or equivalentApply mobile maintenance leadership, troubleshooting, scheduling, and reliability expertise to support EVR’s Elkview Operations.
