About the Prospect:
BTSE is seeking a Junior Compliance Operations Analyst to drive the execution of day-to-day compliance operations and safeguard the platform against financial crime risks across the South Asia region. In this role, you will act as a key first-line defense for BTSE Bhutan, managing high-volume onboarding queues, executing L1 Customer Due Diligence (CDD/EDD) reviews, and conducting initial alert triage. Working in close collaboration with the Compliance Team, you will maintain seamless operations using established SOPs and advanced tooling to ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence across our growing regional markets.
