The Global Supply Chain and Logistics Lead owns product movement from material sourcing through customer delivery. This full-time permanent position partners with leadership to create value, mitigate risk, and strengthen Marcatus QED’s competitive advantage. Responsibilities span logistics strategy, demand planning, vendor relationships, and supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop short-term and long-term logistics goals and execution plans
- Optimize ocean freight timing, routes, relationships, and service quality
- Negotiate warehouse and delivery provider pricing
- Manage supply chain costs, budgets, forecasts, and logistics KPIs




- Coach team members and lead continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
- Eight-plus years managing supply chain operations and reforms
- Five-plus years in retail, ecommerce, warehousing, and distribution logistics
- Robust business, financial, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously
