Kellow Recruiting is recruiting an experienced Industrial Electrician for an established Canadian automotive metal-stamping manufacturer. You will diagnose PLC-controlled machinery, maintain automated production equipment, and repair electrical systems across diverse manufacturing processes. Production, maintenance, and tooling collaboration supports reliable equipment operation and reduced downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot PLC-controlled machinery with schematics and diagnostic tools
- Repair automated presses, feeders, conveyors, and handling systems
- Diagnose motors, motor controls, sensors, and industrial drives
- Support equipment installations, upgrades, and improvement initiatives
- Communicate equipment issues with production and tooling teams
Requirements:
- Valid Ontario 442A or 309A electrician licence
- Three years industrial electrical maintenance experience preferred
- Experience with PLC-controlled manufacturing equipment
- Ability to read electrical drawings, schematics, and manuals
- Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
