Build scalable Salesforce solutions with Apex and Lightning Web Components at Altus Group in a remote role preferred for Toronto.

Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Applications, this Salesforce Platform Developer designs, develops, tests, and maintains platform solutions. You will translate business and technical requirements into secure, scalable, maintainable outcomes. The work includes Flow, SOQL, APIs, integrations, automation, releases, and platform performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flow, and related technologies
- Translate requirements into secure, scalable, maintainable solutions
- Support integrations through APIs and appropriate integration technologies
- Contribute to testing, CI/CD, releases, and production deployments
- Share technical knowledge across architecture,



delivery, and business teams

Requirements:

- Hands-on Salesforce development experience with Apex, LWC, Flow, and SOQL
- Experience supporting enterprise integrations using APIs and integration patterns
- Understanding of governor limits, security, performance, and platform stability
- Familiarity with source control, CI/CD, and release management
- Ability to communicate technical concepts, risks, and trade-offs clearly
