The work combines hands-on telecommunications service, team coaching, quality assurance, and process improvement. You will support independent telephone, FTTH, and CLEC communities while maintaining service excellence.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily Installation and Repair team operationsAssist customers, contractors, stakeholders, and team membersInspect copper, coax, and fibre network cablesOversee technician maintenance requests and network repairsDevelop training programs, meetings, and coaching plansRequirements:
Valid G license with a clean driving recordExperience working in a fibre plantMinimum three years of industry experienceProven leadership, coaching, and mentoring capabilitiesAbility to climb, lift, carry, and work outdoorsApply telecommunications leadership, fibre expertise, coaching, and technical problem-solving across Installation & Repair operations.
