You will manage information, decisions, and relationships supporting construction within budget, schedule, and contract quality. The work includes preconstruction, Last Planner System facilitation, reporting, and closeout.Key Responsibilities:
Manage Last Planner System preparation, facilitation, and trade coachingReview execution, quality control, drawings, and subcontract informationMaintain prime contract knowledge and resolve interpretation conflictsPrepare monthly forecasts,



progress reports, and operations review documentsSupport Building Living Injury Free Every Day practicesRequirements:
Four years related experience with degree, certificate, or equivalentConstruction industry experience is preferredUnderstand continuous improvement methods and basic lean conceptsPrioritize responsibilities independently while collaborating with othersAdapt quickly to changing processes and technologyUse lean coordination, BIM awareness, and construction reporting skills to support Clark Builders’ Alberta project delivery.
