What You'll Do

- Greet and interact with all guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Be responsible for sales in the tasting room, leading public tours & tastings
- Promote all new wine releases, upcoming promotions, and Platinum Club Membership
- Maintain merchandising, organization,



and cleanliness on the retail floor and behind the tasting bar
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
- Assist and support other functions of the winery as needed
- Responsible for warehousing duties on a rotational basis

What You Have

- Serving it Right
- 1-2+ years of guest service experience
- Must be energetic, engaging, and authentic
- Passionate about building a career in the wine industry
- Meet the physical requirements of the position including repetitively lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling weight up to 40lbs

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
