This Senior Manager, Platform Engineering position specializes in Privileged Access Management Vault engineering. You will validate secrets engines, dynamic credentials, PKI, and encryption-as-a-service against architecture and security standards. You will also reinforce runbooks, service objectives, change discipline, and secret rotation policies across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Validate Vault services and enablement tooling against standards
- Define runbooks, service objectives, and change discipline
- Reinforce secret rotation and revocation policy adoption
- Improve seal, unseal, token, and lease telemetry




- Mentor communities and share platform engineering practices

Requirements:

- Progressive experience delivering enterprise platform services
- Hands-on HashiCorp Vault administration and engineering
- CyberArk Conjur administration and engineering experience
- Solid reliability, security, usability, and cost judgment
- Experience embedding responsible AI-enabled platform tooling
