As Technical and Market Development Director, Electrical, you will guide engineers and designers while contributing to project portfolio growth. Your responsibilities span technical oversight, proposal supervision, peer reviews, innovation, and client relationships. Collaboration extends across Québec, British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, and Atlantic regions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical oversight for high-quality project delivery
- Apply project management principles to project execution
- Lead peer reviews of technical documents and deliverables




- Harmonize technical standards with Canadian Electrical teams
- Champion current technologies, materials, and design methodologies

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- At least 15 years of electrical building systems design experience
- PEO registration as a Professional Engineer
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- AutoCAD and BIM, including Revit, experience is an asset
