This CUPE Teaching Assistant assignment supports Geotechnical Engineering in Industry, course CVG6305, in the Department of Civil Engineering. The position runs from January 1 through April 30, 2027, with 130 total hours. One assistant will support an expected enrolment of 25 students through direct student contact, grading, proctoring, and other assigned work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain contact with students for 60 hours
- Complete grading responsibilities for 60 hours
- Provide proctoring for six hours
- Perform four hours of other assigned work
- Work in person at Main Campus

Requirements:

- Apply for the specified CVG6305 course assignment
- Work in English
- Complete mandatory legislated University training
- Follow the current CUPE 2626 collective agreement
- Support work from January through April 2027
