Job Responsibility:

We are looking for an experienced Chinese Cook to join our team at an oil camp. If you have a passion for cooking, especially ethnic Chinese cuisine, and are experienced in a camp setting, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook high-quality Chinese meals for camp workers.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.
- Manage kitchen inventory and supplies.
- Work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Chinese cook, preferably in a camp or industrial setting.
- Ability to prepare large quantities of food while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Strong knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to work independently and manage kitchen operations.
- Flexibility and adaptability to a camp lifestyle.
- Food safety and WHMIS is required.
- Fluency in English Language.
- First Aid certification is an asset.
