Plan and execute software quality assurance using automated testing, ServiceNow, and security validation for the School Board’s business applications.

Reporting to the Business Solutions and Development Coordinator, this analyst supports application quality across development and operational teams. The work covers functional, integration, regression, user acceptance, and security testing. It also includes validating APIs, web services, integrations, and data exchanges.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain automated testing scripts and frameworks
- Test ServiceNow workflows, forms, catalog items, and integrations
- Document test plans, cases, procedures, and results
- Track software defects and assist with production issue resolution
- Support deployments, upgrades,



and release validation activities

Requirements:

- Undergraduate degree in computer science or related field
- Three years of relevant quality assurance, testing, or development experience
- Experience with ServiceNow and automated testing tools
- Experience with Python, C#, web applications, APIs, and client-server applications
- Knowledge of Agile, security testing, REST, SOAP, JSON, and SQL
