Shape Fellow’s team-oriented agentic assistant through product design, research, and polished prototypes while working remotely within Canada on Eastern time.

As a Senior Product Designer, you will identify problems, propose solutions, and guide work from ideation through launch. You will design across web, desktop, mobile, and Chrome Extension, contributing to an intuitive experience spanning devices, platforms, permissions, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform research to discover and propose new initiatives

Design polished mockups and functioning prototypes

Adapt experiences across web, desktop, mobile, and Chrome Extension

Contribute tokens, components, and patterns to the design library

Own roadmaps, milestones, timelines, and team issues

Requirements:

Seven or more years designing software across many surfaces

Mastery of visual design, composition, and information hierarchy

Familiarity with code and production prototype creation

Ability to lead without authority and own team success

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Bring broad product ownership, visual design mastery, and research skills to Fellow’s remote-first design team in Canada.
