The Maintenance Manager leads reliability, safety, and performance for the Montreal Rx Laboratory’s equipment and infrastructure. This permanent, full-time position directs maintenance planning, troubleshooting, capital projects, and team development. The role supports Safety, Quality, Service, Cost, and Continuous Improvement through coordinated technical decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop maintenance strategies for reliable equipment and operational continuity

Lead failure investigations and implement corrective actions

Direct CMMS planning, scheduling, and maintenance execution

Manage vendors, contractors, and original equipment manufacturers





Communicate performance, risks, and initiatives to site leadership

Requirements:

DEC in electromechanics, industrial maintenance, automation, or equivalent experience

Five-plus years of industrial maintenance experience with team leadership

Robust mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automated troubleshooting skills

Knowledge of programmable logic controllers, preventive maintenance, and CMMS

Bilingual French-English communication and critical support availability
