As an In-Room Dining Server at Fairmont, you will provide exceptional, personalized service to guests by delivering meals and beverages directly to their rooms. You will ensure that each guest's experience exceeds their expectations through attentive service, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of the hotel’s offerings.

Take guest orders over the phone in a professional and courteous manner.

Serve food and beverages in accordance with Fairmont's standards of presentation, ensuring orders are delivered on time and in perfect condition.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the hotel’s menu and seasonal changes, to offer suggestions to guests.

Minimum of 1 year experience in food & beverage industry an asset

Working knowledge of Micros, Property Manager and Microsoft applications an asset

You may be required to work on holidays, weekends, overnights and other non-day shifts. Submission of your application to Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise indicates that you are able to meet these requirements as needed.
