As Vice President of Marketing, you will direct a 10–20-person department across venture capital, real estate, hospitality, dining, and technology. You will build newer brands and expand Onni’s recognition beyond Vancouver. The mandate includes distinct positioning, contemporary storytelling, and measurable brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead brand strategy across Onni’s newer portfolio brands

Expand Onni’s corporate brand across North America

Develop identities, positioning, guidelines, and creative standards

Lead social media, content, and brand storytelling strategy

Manage department budget, agencies, vendors,



and brand metrics

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field

10+ years of progressive brand marketing experience

Experience leading marketing departments of 10–20+ people

Hands-on familiarity with AI-powered tools and MarTech platforms

Expertise in social media, content, storytelling, and brand analytics
