We are currently looking for a Sales Estimating Representative for our office in North York, ON.
Quote jobs for General Contractors by reviewing drawings, specifications, and project requirement to ensure complete and competitive bids
Source products from various suppliers to obtain competitive material cost
Follow up with customers on quotes and to negotiate contracts
Call customers to conduct pre-bid calls,
clarify project scopes and get on bidders lists
Ability to balance time between estimating work and customer outreach
The compensation package for this position will consist of a base salary plus commissions based on attainable sales targets.
Full-time in-office position
Knowledge of the construction industry would be considered an asset
A valid driver’s license with access to a personal vehicle
A solid sense of hustle and drive, with a proactive approach to customer outreach
