As a ServiceNow Discovery Developer, you will manage the Discovery tool and its infrastructure for Scotiabank. The work covers schedules, credentials, discovery patterns, and troubleshooting for on-premises and cloud resources. You will also support CMDB data accuracy while collaborating with internal BNS teams and external vendors to implement related tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage ServiceNow Discovery across the bank’s operating geographies

Configure discovery infrastructure, schedules, and credentials

Develop and maintain patterns for on-premises and cloud resources





Troubleshoot discovery issues across IT environments

Collaborate with BNS teams and external vendors

Requirements:

Strong technical skills in networking and server administration

Solid scripting skills supporting discovery and infrastructure management

Deep understanding of IT infrastructure and ServiceNow

Knowledge of CMDB data accuracy and maintenance
