Working with adults with mental health issues and homelessness who need support to manager and maintain a tenancy with the view to move onto independent accommodation

A Level 2 diploma in Care or equivalent experience (or willing to study towards it)

Working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday at our service at Sherwood House and around the area to support our customers
