Hypertec is seeking a Buyer to join our HCM-Supply Chain Operations team in Montreal . Customer Focus

Assist the Product Managers and Sales associates with product research and pricing support;

Prepare purchase orders or other agreements as necessary and check them for accuracy and completeness before issuing;

Review daily shortage report to ensure parts are purchased on time;

Consolidate and maintain purchasing price lists;

Provide regular inventory updates;

Create/modify purchase orders as needed;

Obtain and analyze bids in accordance with established policies and procedures;

Keep the Purchasing Manager informed of all activities or problems and submit reports as requested by management;

Work with multiple vendors, evaluate the pros and cons of each to determine the best solution for the company based on price, quality, speed of delivery and other factors;

High School diploma required, DEC or AEC an asset;

- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, in technology an asset;




- Experience with an ERP system or purchasing management platform.
