As a Hearing Instrument Specialist or Audiologist, you will manage the customer journey from evaluation through fitting, demonstration, and after-care. Reporting to the Senior Area Manager, you will lead hearing aid and accessory sales while educating communities about hearing health. Amplifon offers this opportunity to registered professionals and students or recent graduates completing licensure requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer comprehensive hearing evaluations and explain hearing loss effects

Provide personalized consultations, fittings, and device demonstrations

Deliver after-care services and maintain accurate customer records





Lead hearing aid and accessory sales toward revenue goals

Promote hearing health through outreach and partnership events

Requirements:

Hearing Instrument Specialist diploma or Master’s degree in Audiology

Registration in valuable standing with applicable regulatory authority

Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, Windows, CRM, and POS

Students and recent graduates completing licensure requirements may apply
