Serve APOLLO clients through digital insurance advising, coverage assessment, and responsive support across live chat, email, and phone. As a client-centric Insurance Advisor, you will guide prospective and existing customers through personal lines insurance. The work spans needs assessment, quoting, binding, policy inquiries, claims support, and service improvements. APOLLO operates Monday through Friday, 9am to 7pm EST, with advisors working shifts within those hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist prospective insurance clients provided by APOLLO

Assess coverage needs and advise on requirements

Convert insurance requests into customers through engagement

Support clients from information gathering through binding

Service customers through live chat, email, and phone

Requirements:

At least one year in a Broker or Advisor role

Required RIBO License

Personal lines insurance and claims experience

Robust written and verbal communication skills

Passion for sales and customer service
