Superviseur principal de chantier (Lead Supervisor) - Installation et mise en service d'éoliennes
L'affectation se fera sur différents sites de construction selon les projets en cours.

Le groupe des Lead Supervisors au sein de l'équipe VAME CPX regroupe des experts techniques reconnus dans l'installation et la mise en service des éoliennes Vestas. Superviser les activités d'exécution des projets CPX sur le chantier.
Planifier et coordonner le travail quotidien des techniciens.
Assurer la gestion complète des activités du site, depuis la livraison du premier composant jusqu'au transfert final de la dernière éolienne à l'équipe de service.
Encadrer, former et accompagner les membres de l'équipe afin d'assurer leur développement professionnel et leur performance.

Expérience en installation d'éoliennes dans le cadre d'un projet de construction Vestas ou connaissances équivalentes acquises sur le terrain.
Expérience dans la réalisation d'inspections mécaniques (« Mechanical Walkdowns »).
Expérience à titre de superviseur ou de responsable d'une équipe de mise en service d'éoliennes (« Turbine Commissioning Crew »).

Bonne maîtrise des logiciels et outils informatiques de bureau.
Formation ou expérience avec les plateformes SAP et Procore .

This position requires 100% traveling availability, It will be site-based according to open construction projects.

Oversee the operations of CPX Site Execution.





- Plan all day to day work for technicians and manage all site activities from first component delivery to last turbine handed over to Service.
- Mentor/Train/Coach site personnel

Worked on and/or learned turbine installation on a Vestas Construction Project

- Performed Mechanical Walkdowns
- Ran a Turbine Commissioning Crew

* Full workability of normal office computer/software skillset

- SAP and Procore Training
