JLL is seeking a Manager, Client Finance to join our Property Management Accounting team for one of it growing clients. As a Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing a small team and the financial operations of a client facing account. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, managing the accounting team, and providing valuable financial insights to support decision-making.

Manage, supervise and train a team of Senior Property Accountants and Property Accountants.
Maintain and ensure the integrity of accounting records for assigned properties
Play an active role in the budgeting, forecasting, monthly and quarterly variance analysis and year-end processes
Coordinate and review the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports, including property working papers, financial and CAM statements, accounting reports for partners, audit files, etc
Convey Client-Finance team objectives to staff and set objectives for each staff member for the upcoming year
Perform semi-annual and annual performance reviews for employees under his or her supervision
Manage the allocation and analysis of fees charged to partners
Assist with various other ad-hoc tasks as required, including asset acquisitions and dispositions
Minimum of five years of progressive experience in property accounting
Solid time management and prioritization skills




Ability and desire to work under pressure within a changing work environment, while simultaneously managing multiple files and requests
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software, particularly of Excel
Recognized professional accounting designation (CPA)
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Commerce Or Business Administration

110,000.00 – 120,000.00 CAD per year
Some roles and employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses, benefits, or other compensation.
