You are capable of managing simultaneous tasks while maintaining high standards for quality. Potential for Full Time hours dependant experience, availability and business needs.

Safety & Sanitation: Maintain an immaculately clean, organized workspace at all times,



complying fully with all food safety, nutrition, and sanitation regulations.
Inventory Control: Diligent in your FIFO (First In, First Out) practices; receive vendor deliveries by verifying quality and quantity against invoices before signing off.
1 year of previous kitchen experience

- Food Safe Level 1 certification
- Knife skills and familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment
- Late night, weekend and holiday availability
- Competitive hourly wage plus TIPS
