Lead global impact strategy and monitoring, evaluation, and learning for New Energy Nexus in this full-time remote position. Shape evidence across clean energy entrepreneurship.

The Global Impact Director and Knowledge Management leader owns NEX’s global MEL framework. This senior role advances Theory of Change, impact indicators, data systems, and organizational learning. It supports country offices, programs, and initiatives across NEX’s international network.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead implementation of NEX’s global MEL framework

Refine global impact indicators and data standards

Develop log frames, MEL plans, and learning loops

Produce reports for leadership, funders, and external audiences

Guide chapters on Theory of Change and indicators

Requirements:

Eight-plus years in impact measurement or MEL

Three-plus years in climate, clean energy, or entrepreneurship

Experience developing Theory of Change and MEL plans

Experience managing impact databases and data quality

Ability to work independently in a remote workplace

Apply global MEL leadership, Theory of Change expertise, and impact data management to advance New Energy Nexus’s mission.
