At Shine Windows & Gutters and The Deck People, you'll work with customers who already know us or have requested a quote. Your job is to turn that interest into booked estimates for our sales team.
You'll be measured on results, rewarded for performance, and given the opportunity to grow into a bigger sales role as you prove yourself.
Get paid for performance. Grow into outside sales. Start in appointment setting, develop your sales skills, and earn the opportunity to move into outside sales, where our reps currently earn $80,000 to $120,000 annually.
Learn from experienced sales leaders. Get direct coaching from our owner, who also advises businesses across North America on sales and growth.
Fully remote with no commute or travel to appointments.
Call current inquiries quickly and book appointments for our in-home sales team.
Reconnect with past customers to book recurring services and introduce other services they may need.




Track your daily calls, contact rate, booking conversion rate, and completed estimates against clear weekly targets. Keep customer information and follow-ups organized in our CRM.
How we'll help you improve
Structured training, proven call scripts, and regular coaching from experienced sales leaders.
You don't need years of sales experience, but you do need to show us that you're someone who takes work seriously.
Have previous work experience and a track record of being reliable and taking responsibility.
Communicate confidently and naturally with people over the phone.
Can stay organized and manage your own workload without constant supervision.
Don't get discouraged when a customer says no.
Want to develop your sales skills and take on more responsibility over time.
Previous phone sales, appointment-setting, or customer service experience is an asset.
You'll need to live in Canada and have a reliable computer, high-speed internet, a headset, and a quiet place to work.
Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Remote position with shifts scheduled between 8 AM and 6 PM Eastern Time
Performance bonus: $50,000 to $65,000, depending on performance
