The Kenzington Group is seeking an experienced and dynamic Mixologist to lead and optimize our new cocktail bar and assist with other restaurant operations. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for hospitality and a track record of driving operational excellence. The successful candidate will oversee the creation and design of our new cocktail program, ensuring exceptional service, operational efficiency, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and curate an innovative, high-quality cocktail menu
- Maintain top-tier quality, consistency, and presentation
- Train and lead a talented bar team to ensure smooth operations
- Manage inventory, ordering, and bar setup for efficiency
- Deliver exceptional customer service with flair and personality
Qualifications
- Passionate and experienced mixologist with 3+ years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, and techniques
