We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Money Market Settlements & Confirmations Officer to join a financial services operations team. This individual will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing, confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation of money market transactions, including term deposits and term loans. Verify and confirm transaction details with counterparties to ensure accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
Liaise with front-office teams, reconciliation teams, cash management, clients, and external counterparties to resolve outstanding issues.
Maintain accurate confirmation, settlement,



and reconciliation records for audit and reporting purposes.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and established operational procedures.
Supports approximately 1,500 transactions daily across multiple international markets, including North America and Europe.
Approximately 2-3 years of experience in banking back-office operations, settlements, clearing, or a similar financial services operations role. Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field of study.
Experience with transaction processing, trade settlements, reconciliation, exception management, or discrepancy resolution.
Robust customer service and stakeholder management skills.
Fluency in English.
Experience handling trade confirmations, settlement monitoring, cash reconciliations, or failed transactions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
