Lead internal controls audits in Toronto with TD, applying audit standards, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication across the Bank. As an Audit Manager I, you will independently perform audits and may lead moderately complex engagements. Your work includes control testing, audit planning, findings management, and recommendations supporting TD’s governance and operational performance. You will also provide subject matter expertise, identify control gaps, and communicate objective opinions to stakeholders and audit management.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct audits under established plans, standards, and timelines

Lead walkthroughs, develop test scripts, and execute control testing

Prepare audit planning memoranda, risk matrices, findings grids, and reports





Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and audit management

Follow up on regulatory and internal audit findings

Requirements:

Undergraduate degree required

Five or more years of relevant experience

Knowledge of Capital Markets or investment banking considered an asset

CPA, CA, FRM, or CFA considered a solid asset

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Bring independent audit judgment, control expertise, and risk insight to TD’s Toronto Audit team.
