Our Senior Cooks are experienced culinary professionals with a background in fine dining and event kitchens. Senior Cooks lead their station with confidence, give clear direction, and work independently while following the guidance of the Sous Chef and Executive Chef. Cook for some of Toronto’s most exclusive events, private parties and corporate functions.

2-3+ years of experience as a cook in fine dining, banquet or high-volume event kitchens

- Robust knife skills and solid knowledge of cooking techniques
- Food Handler Certification - an asset
- Eagerness to learn and openness to feedback, direction and coaching from the Sous Chef, Executive Chef and General Manager
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays, based on the event schedule

Hour Rate: $19 - $22 + gratuities
