Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience10+ years transportation, fleet, or logistics experience5–10 years in a leadership roleKnowledge of regulations, compliance, safety, and fleet practicesExperience with budgets, TMS, telematics, GPS, and analyticsBring strategic leadership, fleet expertise, and transportation compliance experience to Home Hardware’s national operations across Canada.
