Support LCBO resource protection from Toronto by overseeing contract security, access control, and emergency responses in an onsite role.

This Supervisor reports to the Manager, Retail Security Resource Protection, helping safeguard LCBO retail stores, employees, and property. Responsibilities span compliance, criminal activity investigations, corporate risk mitigation, security installations, and electronic sweeps. The position also supports audits, payment approvals, and store-based security concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the retail contract security program and compliance

Validate access requests and review incident reports

Conduct electronic sweeps and manage security installations

Develop safety policies and mitigate corporate risk





Assist contract security company audits and related reviews

Requirements:

Minimum five years’ experience in security or law enforcement

Retail security experience preferred

Security administration or police foundations certificate, or equivalent

Valid First Aid and CPR certification

Ability to provide after-hours support when required
