We sell direct-to-consumer while also working closely with designers, architects, builders, contractors, and trade professionals across residential and commercial construction.

We are seeking an experienced Inbound Sales Representative with a background in selling high-value building materials including but not limited to, paneling, siding, cladding, decking, fencing. This individual will be responsible for selling our products to contractors, designers, homeowners, builders, and other trade professionals. They must thrive in a fast-paced, remote working environment and be a self-starter who does not require consistent administration.
Handle inbound sales inquiries by phone, live chat, email, and text.




Manage customer objections with confidence, product knowledge, and persuasive communication.
Maintain accurate CRM records, follow-up tasks, and a solid pipeline.
Work with internal teams to support customer satisfaction and timely order fulfillment.
Meet and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and performance expectations.
Deliver excellent customer service throughout the full sales process.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, specifically selling high-value building materials and finishes.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Must be comfortable working on a computer and typing quickly
Proficient in using CRM systems to manage customer information and sales activities.
Opportunities for internal promotion to roles with larger accounts and managerial responsibilities.
