Build compliance expertise at TD in Toronto through research, analysis, and four customized rotations across Global Compliance. Monday to Friday, standard business hours. This 24-month Associate Program is designed for recent graduates building a leadership pipeline within Compliance. You will support regulatory compliance risk, conduct research, advise internal teams, and contribute to monitoring, testing, and process improvements. Rotations may include Regulatory Change, Privacy, FATCA, Canadian Banking, Wealth, Insurance, and Capital Markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide research, analysis, advisory, and operational compliance support

Contribute to projects across four six-month rotations

Recommend enhancements to departmental processes





Build relationships across Risk groups

Share learnings and network with Associates

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree, graduating May 2025 through May 2027

Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, including Excel and Tableau

Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Effective communication and demonstrated presentation skills

Ability to manage confidential information discreetly

Develop compliance, research, analytical, and relationship-building skills through TD’s Toronto-based rotational program.
