Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Store Manager across daily store operations

Lead teams to optimize sales results and customer experiences

Support inventory management and shipment processing

Replenish the sales floor and fulfill eCom orders

Maintain visual merchandising standards and brand directives

Requirements:

High school diploma; business education is an asset

Two years of management experience, preferably in fashion

Passion for fashion and a customer-oriented approach

Strong decision-making, organizational, and multitasking skills

Versatile availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
