This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Montreal, QC. The Sales Manager leads a sales team, sets clear targets, and monitors performance through regular reviews and reporting. Daily responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, identifying recent business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and ensuring a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects. The role involves collaborating with marketing and operations teams to align sales initiatives, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts,



and support a smooth onboarding process for new clients. The Sales Manager also coaches team members, conducts training sessions, and uses data-driven insights to refine tactics and meet revenue goals.
Demonstrated skills in sales strategy, territory planning, and pipeline management.
Experience in team leadership, performance coaching, and mentoring sales professionals.
Strong abilities in client relationship management, negotiation, and closing deals.
Proficiency with CRM tools, sales reporting, and data analysis to guide decisions.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a managerial or senior sales role.
Ability to work on-site in Montreal, QC, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
