This Directs Store Delivery Associate role handles high-volume receiving across direct, local, OMNI, alcohol, and warehouse trailer deliveries. You organize the receiving area, prepare shipment paperwork, and address discrepancies with store operations partners. Overnight work and varied schedules may apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive merchandise and move shipments toward the sales floor
- Complete required delivery and receiving documentation
- Prepare returns, claims, and MTRs for shipment
- Resolve receiving issues with Operations Manager and Office Support Associate
- Maintain cold chain records using required tools
Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Handle standing, bending, stocking, zoning, and organizing tasks
- Lift up to 20 pounds, occasionally up to 50
- Use box cutters, pallet jacks, ladders, and equipment safely
- Maintain focus during high-volume work
