As a Customer Service Representative in Retail Banking Sales & Service, you will support everyday banking and credit card needs. You will identify customer requirements, provide guidance on financial solutions, and collaborate with BMO partners. The work includes referrals, digital banking support, operational activities,



and careful transaction execution.
