This Merchandiser maintains Bloomstar products across store shelves, racks, coolers, and displays. The work supports company sales goals through merchandising standards, freshness rotation, cooler stocking, and transparent communication. You will also process shipments, complete required paperwork, and maintain orderly storage areas.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and maintain product displays across partner stores
- Stock and rotate coolers while maintaining freshness
- Keep back-room stock neat, orderly, and clean
- Process shipments accurately and on time
- Meet merchandising, maintenance, and customer service standards

Requirements:

- Ability to follow Bloomstar policies, systems, and procedures
- Accurate and timely completion of required processes
- Ability to communicate concerns to supervisors or store managers
- Safe and productive approach to assigned duties
- Availability for stated weekday or weekend schedules
