As a Health Care Aide in Long Term Care, you will help clients maintain dignity, independence, and optimum health. Follow individualized care plans, communicate changes, and provide environmental support within established standards, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist clients with activities of daily living
- Provide personal hygiene and elimination support
- Support mobility, meals, feeding, and nourishment
- Document care, observations, measurements, and results
- Promote safety, privacy, hygiene, and infection prevention

Requirements:

- Health Care Aide Certificate from a recognized program
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support Training
- Organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Demonstrated communication, flexibility, and independent judgment
- Ability to respect cultural diversity and confidentiality
