This Fulfilment Operations Co-worker position supports IKEA Canada’s expanding Hamilton operation. You will work across receiving, replenishment, picking, and customer-order preparation. The work requires consistent execution of assigned processes, effective teamwork, adaptability, and attention to operational data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Execute assigned fulfilment unit operations on time
- Use systems and tools supporting operational data integrity




- Help colleagues prevent incidents involving people and products
- Share effective examples while improving daily operations

Requirements:

- Demonstrated warehouse equipment operating experience
- Safe, productive material-handling equipment practices
- Reach Truck or Counterbalance forklift experience is an asset
- Ability to deliver consistent results from established methods
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
