This Catering Delivery Driver position connects central food service operations with five UPEI locations and catering destinations. You will deliver food, supplies, and equipment for campus events, meetings, and functions. Success requires punctuality, sound judgment, professional communication, and flexibility when schedules or requests change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transport products and supplies to five campus food service locations
- Deliver and pick up orders for events and functions
- Adapt routes to last-minute requests and schedule adjustments
- Handle food and equipment safely throughout transportation
- Follow sanitation, safety, traffic, and company requirements
Requirements:
- Confident, responsible delivery van operation
- Valid driver’s licence and current driver’s abstract
- Ability to prioritize multiple deliveries and operational deadlines
- Reliable, punctual, detail-oriented approach
- Food safety or transportation experience considered an asset
