This Learning and Development internship contributes to training content creation, resource management, and improved training practices. You will participate in projects spanning needs analysis, content development, and evaluation of results. The work also includes examining how artificial intelligence can support learning activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in training projects from needs analysis onward
- Support evaluation of training project results
- Select resources from the OpenSesame catalogue
- Upload content and track training in the LMS
- Improve training tools and practices
Requirements:
- Enrollment in an Educational Technology or related program
- Interest in instructional design and eLearning technologies
- Solid written and verbal communication abilities
- Creative, detail-oriented, quality-focused approach
- Interest in AI opportunities within learning and development
