Job Summary

We arecurrently recruiting for a Commodity Checker/Counter to join our facility,located in Vernon. BC. The individual will ensure the accuracy of containercounts for the various Used Beverage Container (UBC) collection network. Thisposition will report to the Manager

Position Description

- Performingdaily bag audits ensuring accurate reporting using manual and electronicdata entry, including the operation of Anker Anderson high speed countingmachinery;
- Cleaning,calibrating and maintaining various Encorp Workstations;
- Assistingin the coordination and workflow at the facility;
- Conductingwarehouse inventory;
- Maintaininga clean and safe work area;
- Supportingthe safety, security and integrity of the facility operations;
- Sortingand bailing of commodities as required;
- Otherduties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications





- Highschool graduate or equivalent experience in a related role;
- Relevantskills in using technology and MS Office, particularly MS Word andOutlook;
- Goodcommunication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work well withemployees at all levels of the organization.
- Goodorganizational skills and attention to detail.
- Abilityto multitask and adapt to an evolving work environment.
